The visit of the exhibitions and the historic site of the A.C. Davie shipyard will make you discover one of the most important shipyards in Quebec, as well as the Davie family who gave it life.
To visit: 5 exhibitions, 5 historic buildings and the remains of the first towpath in Canada
Historic walk: the Traverse sector
July 6, 13, 20, 27, August 3, 10, 17, 24 at 7 p.m.
On Thursday evenings in July and August, explore the Traverse à Lévis sector, a place historically used to cross the St. Lawrence River between Quebec and Lévis. During this visit, our guide will introduce you to the history of the area from the Amerindian presence to the present day.
Discovering the remains!
August 5, 4 p.m.; August 12, 11 a.m.; August 19, 3 p.m.
Come and discover the history and archeology of Lévis during this two-part workshop; the presentation of Lévis prehistory, then the exploration of the remains of the shipyard.
